Goods receipt with a scanner in 1C:Retail
Your storekeeper scans goods at the truck or the shelf. TSD Expert shows discrepancies right away, and the goods receipt goes to 1C in one tap. Works on an Android smartphone or a data collection terminal (TSD).

Each scan adds one. “−/+” buttons and manual entry are always at hand.

A document from 1C arrives on the terminal with marks: “N of planned”, “over plan”, “not in plan”.

The line turns red and beeps if more arrives than expected.

The document waits in the queue and goes to 1C on its own — exactly once.
How goods receipt works
- Open «Приёмка» (Receiving), choose the warehouse and supplier — or take a task from 1C.
- Scan goods with the camera, the terminal scanner or a Bluetooth scanner.
- Check the lines: discrepancies are highlighted.
- Tap «Отправить в 1С» (Send to 1C) — the document appears in «Документы ТСД» (TSD Documents) in 1C.
- In 1C, the document is loaded and posted manually or automatically — your choice.
Questions
Can I receive goods against a supplier order?
Yes. The task from 1C is sent to the terminal, and you scan against the plan with “over plan” and “not in plan” marks.
What if a product isn’t in the database?
Create it right from the phone with the «Новый товар» (New product) wizard, using the name and code from the National Catalogue of Goods.
Do I need internet to receive goods?
Sending to 1C needs the local network where 1C runs. Without it, the document waits in the queue and goes out on its own once the connection is back.
