What data
What you enter in forms and the chat: name, phone, email, company name, message.
Technical data: cookies, IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and actions on the site. Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics collect it — only if you clicked “OK” in the cookie notice.
Why
To answer your request and contact you, run a demo, suggest a plan; to see which pages are useful and improve the site.
Legal basis
Your consent under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection”. The checkbox in a form is consent to process data to answer the request. The “OK” button in the notice is consent to analytics.
Who we share it with
Requests are stored in our customer system (cloud.1s-expert.kz).
Analytics is processed by Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC) and Google Analytics (Google LLC) under their own terms.
We do not sell data or pass it to third parties except where required by law.
How long we keep it
Request data — while it is needed to work with you or until you withdraw consent. Analytics — for the periods set by the analytics services.
Your rights
To find out what data we have about you, correct or delete it, or withdraw consent, email info@1s-expert.kz.
To opt out of analytics: “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page → “Decline”, or clear the site data in your browser.
